staff of ARMS provides safety program reviews of The Combined Group
policyholders; they also provide stand-alone safety consultative services
on a fee basis to employers, regardless of their insurance program.

OSHA Summary Posting |

Beginning each year
employers must post the OSHA Summary, 300A of the total number of
job-related injuries and illnesses that occured in the past year.
Employers are only required to post the Summary (OSHA Form 300A) -- not the
OSHA 300 Log -- from February 1 to April 30, 2010. Copies of OSHA
Forms 300, 300A, and 301 are available on the OSHA website, recordkeeping
page:
http://www.osha.gov/recordkeeping/index.html
Although it is solely the employer's
responsibility to complete the OSHA forms, Anchor Risk Management
consultants are available to provide assistance and information regarding
the preparation and disposition of these forms. Please contact Anchor
