| Basic Safety & Health Short Course |
| Attending the Basic Safety and Health Short
Course will qualify the attendee as an "in-house" safety coordinator. Most
attendees of this course are not required to attend, and, you may register
even if your loss control consultant did not state this as a
recommendation and you would like to attend for your own benefit of
receiving safety information.
In this Basic course, you will receive information on
the ERISA plans, Claims, and Loss Control. We have experts in each of those
fields that will go over information that you need to know as a
policyholder and as a non- subscriber in general. Although most of our
attendees are policyholders, we do accept registration from self-insured
and other non-subscribers. There is no additional charge for this
course for policyholders and agents, and the fee is $50 for those not
insured with Combined Group.

| Advanced Safety Seminar |
The Advanced Safety Seminar offers additional
information that is not covered in our Basic course and covers
specifically loss control information. This is never a required course,
however, it is recommended for those looking to improve their safety
program and activities.
Our three highly-experienced loss control consultants
speak over different areas of safety and health such as:
Hazard Recognition
Motivation, Psychology and Economics of Safety
Accident Investigation
Regulatory Safety & Health Issues (OSHA, DOT, EPA)
And more…
This information is more in-depth than the information offered in the
Basic course. While we do not withhold important information in the Basic
course, we do expound upon more specific types of losses and preventive
measures that can be taken.
The Advanced Seminar is usually held in Carrollton, TX. It is a 6-hour
course with two 15-minute breaks and a lunch break. The fee for this
course is $250.
